Once order was placed an email was sent advising receipt of order, as well as advising of the following - "Paid orders are checked and provisioned manually during our business hours (8am and 5pm GMT-7 Monday through Friday, and 9am to 1pm GMT-7 Saturday). "
To clarify, all orders are manually validated by the billing dept and their business hours are 8am and 5pm GMT-7 Monday through Friday, and 9am to 1pm GMT-7 Saturday. Closed on Sunday and US Holidays.
Once billing is on shift, they will validate the order and if any issues, they will follow up with a ticket advising of the issue and how to rectify.
